Muscles In Motion was started in 1990, our goal was to open a lean friendly facility that could serve the needs of the sports oriented people in the community. Our motto is if you don't take care of the customer someone else will! With our 5000 sq. feet of floor space and our large selection of weight machines and free weights, we have one of the largest, most well equipped gyms in the area. We also have ellipticals, stair-masters, and treadmills for our cardio minded. Our spinning program is one of the best in the area, classes are available everyday.
