Syrup Company
The North Franklin Maple Syrup Company is located in the northwestern edge of the Catskills, Delaware County, New York. We currently have 5,000 taps, with a state of the art boiling facility. A syrup evaporator and processing system that is stainless steel, with a computer programmed finish pan that insures both quality and sanitation are optimized.
We are a member of the New York State Maple Association and are on the spring New York State Maple Tour.
North Franklin Maple Syrup Company is located on Sittsco Farms, a dairy operation which encompasses 430 acres and has 175 head of Holstein dairy cattle. The main dairy building is adjacent to the Ouleout Creek Golf Course, an 18 hole public facility located on New York State Highway 357 in North Franklin, 6 miles South of Oneonta off of Route 28. All of which is family owned and operated by the Sitts family.
